If your soother is damaged when you open the packaging, please send a close up photo of the damage to orders@qudobaby.com. We will process a new order for you.
While we are confident that the soother is extremely durable, we cannot guarantee how the soother is being used or kept once in your care. We therefore cannot refund or replace any soothers that have been damaged while being used. Please ensure you follow the how to use guidelines.
