My soother has arrived but it doesn’t work/my baby won’t take it, can I have a refund?

We’re sorry that you feel the Qudo™  Soother doesn’t work. 

While we are confident that Qudo™  Soother’s unique patented design helps relieve discomfort in babies, some babies may not like sucking beyond feeding. We cannot guarantee that it will work for every baby, they are all unique.
