The soother has arrived but it was not within 48 hours of my order - can I have a refund?

We are sorry to hear that the soother didn't arrive when you expected. While we offer 48 hour delivery, orders must be placed by 2pm *Monday to Friday * excluding bank holidays, to be eligible. We endeavour to meet all our customers requirements and we’re sorry your delivery was late. 

Once the soother is with the courier we can not control the delivery. The responsibility lies with Royal Mail. We will investigate your enquiry to ensure we have met our commitment. We also suggest you get in touch with the Royal Mail to register your complaint.
